About Us
Exodus Housing was founded by Prashant Fernandes in 2014 in response to the demand from Local Authorities for a temporary accommodation provider prepared to go the extra mile to offer a high standard of service both in terms of the accommodation and in housing management and support.
With a wealth of previous experience in property management over many years our first housing scheme for Local Authority clients opened in East Ham and was an immediate success. The company has gone on to develop a landlord portfolio providing shared and self-contained nightly let and leased/licensed temporary accommodation primarily for the public sector. We are an approved supplier to East London Boroughs.
Faced with a shortage of affordable housing we believe households shouldn’t have to accept sub-standard, unsuitable accommodation. Our properties are well maintained and are always located close to good transport and other local amenities.
The philosophy of the company is to be ethical in everything that we do – treat people with respect and provide a good quality service. So far it has enabled us to gain the trust and respect of the many Landlords and Local Authority Housing and Children’s Services we supply to and from the clients we provide homes for.
